After KS's recommendation, I've made my entry into ebay. Couldn't believe it is so addictive, as everything you can think of can almost all be found on ebay. Wanted to try Amazon too, but too bad they don't deliver to SG.

Yesterday my packages came, it's hardly believable but it came. Hahaha... So happy like a child with cotton-candy.

Ha... This post has got nothing to do with one of my fav Manga "Bleach", it's just, I've finally released something that had choked my heart for 1going2 years...

So I'm gonna tell a little story...

Many Many Years ago... In a Land far far away... (think I'll cut the crap)

There lived a little toy solider. He was the state-of-e-art, futuristic, cool toy that is dreamed by many kids. So, while displayed at the front of the store, the toy solider captured the eyes of a lil' princess. Without further hesitation, lil' princess grabbed the toy solider and purchased it.

Like any other toy, Princess had lotsa fun with this toy solider and it continued for months. And just like any other toy, Toy Soldier soon starts to fade away with more new toys in the lil' Princess gallery.

Toy Solider then found himself chucked in some dark corner of the lil' Princess' room, growing dust and cobwebs... But, he never gave up hope... The hope of being rediscovered by the lil' Princess and regain the love and care...

But days.... months.... Even years passed by, Toy Soldier only found himself being covered by more and more junk... So he made a final conclusion: "This waiting has gonna end."

He picked himself up, bash through the pile of junk that had covered him for years, go straight up to the lil' Princess, who was chatting on her phone. The princess was shocked to see this familiar face, with tears in her eyes, she reached her arms to touch it, only to be smacked away by the small plastic arms of the Toy Solider.

And he said to her in a stern tone, "I remembered the time when you brought me home, and all the fun we had. But ever since I was neglected, I've never stop pondering the hope of you bringing me back. I guess this hope shall never be fulfilled."

Having said that, he jumped outta the window, onto a garbage truck, who delivered this heartbroken toy soldier to the incineration plant, where he'll embark onto a new journey beyond this life.

As for the princess... ... ... ... ... Who knows what happened to her, probably resume her chit-chat on her phone... ...

Ha... what a lousy story... But, the agony and pain within the Toy Soldier was finally released. Thus, he could leave with nothing behind... ...

What has this gotta do with me? I guess nothing ba... ... ... I guess... ...

This MTV is called "Bump Bump" by BoA. From her new album "Identity".

Somehow, I can related this title to myself, as of today onwards... I can say I've finally walked outta this shadow and I shall give myself a new Identity:

It's been almost a month since my last post. Guess I'm really busi... With both work and PLAY !!

Let me recall now..... Fun started on CNY day 1 where me & CUZs went to watch "Paisee Jackson" & the lightning thief... Wahahaha...

The talking point is that, if Jackson is son of Poseidon; den DX & JM would be sons of Zeus; that will make me... Son of Hades... Diablo !! What a family tree...

Last weekend, I've got a surprise sms...
It was sis saying: "Next friday free? I meet u for dinner."

& indeed, yesterday met sis @ Odeon Towers for dinner @ Hanabi. I've really appreciate the effort my dear sister made to celebrate my "belated" bdae. It was never the pressie nor the celebrations, it is the thoughts that counts~

Though I gotta a bad flu, I still made my way down. Dun wanna disappoint her efforts...

Hanabi: I've heard tat the chef left and the food dropped standard. Now I've gotten a chance to try it out... It turn out that.....

Was @ Kallang Mac yesterday for mid-wk soccer. Saw this lousy parking. Realised that people nowadays got no sense of common-ility, simply cannot do simple tasks properly. How the F*** is the car beside it gonna open the door when u park so BLOODY CLOSE ?!

No Expectation Trip

It's a weekend to look forward to... Switching off my brain and disconnecting from the world... No Stress, No Worries, No 烦恼...

Friday, work is like loads of C*** and worse still, got my leave canceled... So it was a bad start for this trip...

But very Unexpectedly, bump into the ever beautiful June on my way to the jetty. All I can say is that it's a pleasantly beautiful surprise, that actually lighten my mood b4 I embark onto this trip...

宅男 weekend . . .

This week is called 宅男 weekend coz I'm home & not out !!!

Not exactly home lar, only on fri nite. As a long and tiring day goes by, working late... So ended a stayed-home-boy... Anyway, it's Jimmy's birthday then, so wish him a belated happy birthday, though I've already sms him tat day le... wahhahaaa....

Saturday was another stayed-home day... till Gene ask me out for drinks @ nite. Though we've (it's HE lor) changed 3 locations, ended up at Selegie (Princep St) drinking... But lousy us, cannot finish 1 bottle of Macallan... Well, we'll wait for Ming to be back and we can always go again to finish it.

Sunday; the only non-stayed home day as the Lateh.Club™ weekly soccer is ON. But the sun was terrible, luckily none of us kanna heatstroke. *touch wood*
After soccer, a quick lunch & wash-up, Godma, Amelia & I proceed to airport to welcome back Ming who went on a work trip.

In summary, my weekend was mostly @home. Sebei No-Life lor... wahhahaa....

Lazy Sunday . . .

Relaxing sunday is the theme today. Spent most of my time on bed, sleeping my time away...

In the evening, met up with #Lateh club for a short lateh session and we re-experienced the "Ice Kachang Mountain" where we used to have during the secondary school days.

Location: Ang Mo Kio Central Food Centre (Hawker Centre)
Stall: forget the stall name, but it's the dessert store at the 2nd last row. Beside the porridge stall.
Food: Ice Kachang Mountain
Ratings: Food: 8 (Still taste just as good)
Recommendation: Great for 4 - 6 persons ( Depends on appetite)

Kinda shrink in size (compare to normal soup spoon)

But the kachang, jelly and atap chee are fresh and not soggy

Babysitting Wkend . . .

This gotta be the most "interesting" yet tiring weekend ever...

Was @ Zouk celebrating Sean's bdae. Still cannot believe myself hanging out with a large young bunch, who are more actively energetic den me (ya lor, den constantly kanna called OLD MAN). But didn't expect the bdae celebration became an babysitting outing in e end. All thanks to our very own bdae boy, SEAN !!! yeah.... (haha, kidding lar, dun have to feel bad) Who got drunk @ 1+ and gotta look after him, keep him from falling and pamper him so that he can reach home safe and sound. Ended up having a sober nite... so sad...

Wkend full of UPs and DOWNs

What a week to start the year. Work seems never-ending as it starts to pile up even more (due to Mr Krabs, of coz)... I shall not touch on it anymore, spoils the mood of the writer & the reader...

Well, wkend is still just as fun... This time round, met up with Sean & Alex, both I've not seen for ages. Had some fun-filled time with them @ dbL O (heven been there for ages). But the crowd seriously needs to improve, seems like an "ICE-AGE" nite on a friday. Though booze is great, but crowd is not...
Den bump into SH & Shan... Both whom I've jio out but declined. NBz... It was even more comical when I've bump into Shawn. Didn't expect it to be a "bumping into your frens" nite.

But was kinda sad when Friday nite was initially gonna meet June for dinner, too bad she's not feeling well and gotta postpone the dinner. Hope she's feeling much better le.

Then, Saturday, I was invited to play soccer for Alex's team (they really lacks players inviting someone of my calibre to play). Ended up, our team only have 7 players initially and 9 players in the end, and we lost to the viet team 13-0. Talk about getting trashed.

In the evening, went shopping with #Lateh Club (ming, jq & jimmy). Seems like a 大丰收 for them as all of them gotten something. Well, me too actually... As an objective-focus person, I've got 丞琳's CD <雨愛> & it even free a rain coat. Wow... *upload the pics next time*

After dinner, we wanted to find a place for football viewing, ended up @ #Neverland. Crowd is getting boring (looks like all the happenings are going to #Atlantis). So focus was still on the Arsenal - Everton match where it ended up 2-2. Much to ming's upset.

Today was back at work and while @work, running alot of thoughts in my mind.
Well, previously I've told the story about the broken toy that shouldn't wait anymore, seems that the broken toy was much worse in controlling emotion as alot was still pondering in the mind.
Perhaps the little broken toy still lingers the tiniest hope of earning the love of the owner. Kinda stuck between the devil whom whisper to him: "just forget it, you'll NEVER get it" and the angel that whisper: "hang in there, you'll be remembered soon"
In just a few weeks time, this toy is gonna be decayed for another year, maybe then, he'll realised if he's remembered or forgetten.
Now comes another problem, seeing a poor toy being discarded, a kind soul stepped in to clean some dirt from the toy. Stuck within his unstable and mixed emotion, he is unable to differentiate if the kind soul is just some person who happen to pass by or this kind soul might be interested to be the next owner. Well no point jumping into conclusion, kind soul or not, guess this broken toy is really unwanted by anybody anymore. Shouldn't even waste energy to ponder on these useless feelings.
Focus should be on the next big project coming up this mid-year. Unless a refurbishment is done, this lousy broken toy can forget about be taken-in by any owner again.

Pressies - to start AD 2010

It's the 4th day of AD 2010 and I have more pressies to reconfirm that this year would be a good year for me...

Firstly, it's my long awaited mattress which I've ordered last mth, finally arrived. After some "crooked-up" by the sales side (read small print).

Received a call from Seahorse XXX branch on 3rd Jan 10 at abt 8.15pm.

Salesperson: "hello, Mr Chen, I'm sorry to inform you that my colleague had accidentally let another customer collect the mattress which you had ordered?"

Me: "I beg your pardon, can you be more detailed?"

Salesperson: "Another customer ordered the same mattress as yours, but his delivery date is 11th Jan. My colleague made a mistake and thought your mattress is his and allow him to collect it away."

Me: "Excuse me, this mistake is made by your company. So what are you going to do now and what is the point of telling me?"

Salesperson: "Mr Chen, would like to check if you are agreeable to collect your mattress on the 11th Jan instead?"

Me: "OF COURSE NOT !! I've ordered it 3 weeks ago and was expecting to collect it tomorrow (4th Jan). Why must I wait for another week and allow someone else who ordered later than me collect first."

Salesperson: "Okay, the customer live nearby, we'll get it back."

Me interrupted: "What the ..... How would I know if the customer had slept or spit or piss on the mattress before you collect back. I demand a proper explanation for this error in collection..."

Salesperson interrupted: "Mr Chen, i'll get back to you shortly...."

And he hanged up. Thereafter, he never called back.

4th Jan, expecting to make a BIG scene at the store, I went down during lunchtime. Showed them my receipt and they showed me to the mattress. 1. Sales line making such STUPID error such as giving wrong product to the wrong customer?!

Not a very good start for me this year...

Firstly, kanna hit by a bloody bad flu + sore throat which in e end lead to a bad cough... So New Year's Eve was stuck on the sickbed doing my countdown... Couldn't do much, only can turn here, flip there... Anyway, it was miserable...

On New Year's day, the only meal I had was with Godma and Godsis for dinner. Went to Balestier Rd and visited this place "Whampoa Food Street Keng Fish Head Steamboat eating house".

My Critics: Overall 5.0
Food & Beverage: 6.5 for food, 3.5 for beverages ( average is 5)
Value: 4.0
Ambience: 5.0
Service: 6.0 (maybe because we came early, before the dinner crowd pour in)

First Dish: Fried Mee Sua (炒面线）- Taste normal lor

Next Dish: Hey Zou - Abit blend, but ok, still has the crisp

3rd Dish - Har Chong Kai (Prawn Paste Chicken) - The prawn paste taste seems to be abit light, best for those who like less salty food...

4th Dish - Salted Egg Prawn Ball ( i still dunno why they call prawn ball when it's just prawns, not even rolled up like a ball) - This is something new, they coat the fried prawn into salted egg yolk, end result, a thickly smeared salted egg yolk spread across the prawn. Taste ok...

Next is fav of mani ppl: Yam Ring - The Yam Ring is crispy and doesn't stick to ur teeth. As for the other "liaos" ingredients that is inside the ring seems normal lor... nothing special...

Lastly: Fish Head Steamboat (yu tou ru) - 1st, the steamboat is cooked by charcoal instead of solid fuel, which gives the soup a nice taste. Next, the Steamboat don't really have much ingredients in it but the fish taste fresh. Lastly, the soup is mouthwatering, esp when u let it boil for longer period... The RECOMMENDED dish of this place.

Apart from eating good food to make me recover sooner, I also snapped the 1st shot of Booby cuddling on the chair, after his shower... This boy ah, shower finish den will sleep whole day, must make him shower more, so he'll stop purrrring us to bring him downstairs...

It's Saturday nite... or should I say Sunday morning? Whatever the case, some thoughts just spammed into my mind, non-stop...

Sometimes, the truth is lying directly right in front of you, but due to some ego-istic behavior of a dumb human nature self, you just DO NOT wanna acknowledge it. Trying very hard to find excuses so that u can lie to urself, find reasons so that u can justify to urself, try extremely hard to believe that miracles do happens in this world (Well, it doesn't !).

It is just like a little kid who believes that Santa Claus exist and if he writes to him and be well-behaved for a year, his Christmas wish will come true. It's just a load of crap... It's bullshit... Nonsense...

Been 2 xmas and yet this dumb kid still trying very hard to believe that this "santa claus" exist and he will arrive on Christmas morning, place the gift in the sock that he had specially hang up and eat his cookies & milk. Hiding under his blanket, trying not to peek yet listen deep into the darkness for a voice that he believed would come. But, what he hears is only the solitary voice of darkness, the tranquility of silence...

Should he wait again for another year, "maybe this time he will come", thinks the boy when dawn breaks... The instinct of an obsessed gambling addict, who unconsciously believes that he will win the next round, begin to corrupt mind of the boy.

Still refusing to believe the truth in front of him, he escapes from reality, he runs deep into his subconscious mind and places all his hopes in his dream realm.

But deep down inside, he already got the answer. There is nothing in the world that those two little hands can do to make it happen. His faith trembled~ His hopes dashed~ his dreams crushed~ his wishes shattered like broken glass, into many tiny pieces, never to be put together again...

Tears could not stop flowing down from the tiny red, swollen eyes onto his little rosy cheek, he cried and cried. But no matter how much tears he shed, he can never mend the damaged done on his broken little heart. The truth was too much for him to bear...

Shall he continue to live in his dream realm where imagination could fulfill all his wishes.... or wake up from the nightmare and face the impeding darkness that looms onto him....

Well, guess it's about time that this dumb kid wakes up his bloody idea and move on... Santa dun exist... And he never will...

If the road is too long and tough to survive on your own, look left and right... U'll have many great frens who will be there to support you.

So.... STOP DWELLING on the past... Time to move on...

It's just 2 days before xmas & I'm adding another entry... What a great build-up towards Christmas, meeting up with all my frens and such.... Feels so good...

Today met with Eileen after we postpone the meet-up last week to today as she fell ill then. Glad tat she had recovered...

Went to Shin Kushiya @Suntec. But made a BIG boo-boo.... Coz cannot find the place. HahAx... We walked from Suntec Convention Hall to Tower 4, only to find out that the restaurant is at the Suntec Galleria (opposite convention hall). So dumb of me. (see lar, never go recce the route)

Another Great Long Weekend

It all started with Kevin's return from USA. Promised to treat him to some nice "non-angmo-jia". So instead, we went to Jpot (under Jumbo group).

If you think poor service quality is bad...

It's 9th Dec 2009, not really a special day, but it's the launching date of M1's iPhone. Having reserved my set online via an e-mailer, was thinking that it would actually speed up the process. But instead of convenient, it proved to be more of a hassle.

The launch started on 9th Dec midnight, where queue was ultra long (just like the hello kitty trend @ McDonalds). So inquired with the staff where they replied that "Sir, since you have reserved your set, you can actually get it later, not necessary to queue up.

So later in the day, I went back to the same M1 shop to pick up my reserve phone during lunch time. WTH, there was still a bloody long queue. Eventually, I've found out that the queue was to get a queue number for the counter, alright... Queued up for 1 & half hour just to get a queue number. Then the issuing counter staff ask me which model and plan do I intend to get, so I've replied "Doesn't M1 holds the details when I've reserved my phone?" She was dumbfounded. So I've told her never mind and repeated my preference. Thereafter, she told me that it'll probably take another 2 hours to reach my queue number. That's not all, when it finally reach my turn, the staff told me that in order to switch my corp plan to public plan, they need to use my phone to call the customer service hotline to get the service officer to activate the switch. Thus, waited for another hour to get through the line.

All in all, took approx 5 hours just to buy a bloody iPhone and below are my grumbles:

1) Why wasn't there a queue to separate walk-in customers and reserved phone customers. Doesn't that speed up the process?

2) What is the point of reserving a phone online when your details are not recorded down and made readily available at the shop?

3) Why isn't there a fixed line for M1 shop to call cust svr for such case related to mine? Must use the customer's phone some more, worse still, wait along with all the rest of the customer.
If I was a customer who call to enquire about non-iPhone related matter, doesn't it means that I have to wait whole day to get thru ?!

4) If back end process is not properly consolidated, why bother to inform M1 customer about the launch and allow them to reserve phone?
What I mean is that, for my case of switching from a corp plan to a public plan, given so many days to do all back-end processing, why do I still have to end up with 5 bloody hours to buy a phone!

I mean, with internet readily available, it is meant to ease people's life, not cause more trouble for them. So I can say that I am utterly disappointed with what I've experienced today. If you ask me to rate their service, I'll say I can't, because the back-end processes (which I've give -100) are terrible.

My iPhone !!

If you ask me is the waiting worth? My answer is NO! But I am not available to do this again tml or the day after (the reserved collection date is till 11th Dec), so I gotta complete it today.

What a disappointing experience.

Lastly, I have 1 question: If the M1 shop gotta call the cust svr hotline for similar cases like mine, how did those who queued up for the launch at midnight resolve it? You mean the cust svr (opening hrs from 9am - 9pm) work OverTime just for this?

Super Long Weekend

It's a holiday weekend, thus working week therefore became 4 days. But, as year end is coming a close, leave clearing is an essential tasking to complete. So I've cleared for wed & thurs, which means my weekend would be extremely long, but it also meant that I've spent alot.

A long working day which doesn't deserve to be mentioned. But met Shin that nite and ended @ Vivo again (which is like the 2nd time in 1 wk). Finally we decided to try the dinner at Barcelos (seems like the Mary Brown @ jB). But what the heck, dinner for 2 set meal cost abt $30++ (D*** ex lor). After dinner, we wondered around vivo for a while before heading to airport to fetch her beloved husband, Kevin, who's back from US. But as usual, airport is filled with *ahem* u know what kinda people... But nonetheless, Kevin arrived on-time and suprisingly he bought me a Banana Republic T-shirt (Thanks alot).

Went to HDB to settle my season parking issue... haiz, small issue... Met Kevin at his place to go for lunch. But that 'Gao Tu Kia' too so long, make me hungry lor...Eventually, after he's done, we went to meet Shin for lunch, which she suprised us by taking 1/2 day. So went lunching@Beach Road and shopping @bugis e whole afternoon. Spend money again... haiz... Being the 'Old Man' I am, soon bored with shopping @Bugis, so we rot @coffeeclub till evening when we went for my usual mid-week soccer. Fast paced game during mid-week always brings smile on my face, as well as sweat.

After SITEX, went chilling with Dezhang @Starbucks (Starbucks ROCKS~~) before meeting Ming @Orchard for some xmas shopping. Bought more stuff again.... (spend a bomb again) After shopping, which we missed dinner, meet with Jimmy & JQ for late dinner where we talked cock till 1+ am.

Sunday nite is a cool time to chill out. Especially when many people are stuck @ home or in town for family dinner.

At times bad as now, it's always timely to upgrade and improve ourselves. You'll never know when you'll be retrenched.

As a kiasu 'obasan', there are skills that are never too late to learn. For 1 I've accquired yesterday is hair-styling for kids. & This is what I've did for Amelia yesterday.

Great Start for the week

It's a Superb start to a new week, only reason being the EVER arrogant manchester united losing to another BIG4 team, CHELSEA.

First half was rather calm and dull with few chances each, but not enough to deal any damage to one another. Actions starts in the second half, with a flying kick from Johnny Evans(MU) to Didier Drogba. Video reply clearly shows Evans stabbed 2 flying kick to Drogba's chest, yet a yellow card is shown to the Chelsea Forward. Well, I bet the ref is guilty (Only he & God knows). Anyway, soon after more bone-crunching tackling, tussling, pushing, mainly from the red side. But in the end, Captain Fantastic John Terry headed home the Chelsea winner. 1-0 to Chelsea... Go Chelsea, 5 points top table lead.

KUSU ISLAND - my 1st visit

Having shifting the ferry service from Clifford Pier to Marina South Pier, there's ample space for all who are visiting Kusu Island to queue, eat, park and wait. This, hence became my 1st visit to the legendary island.

When I'm back, realise that the perfect combination at home is not a full 7-way home theater set with a 60 inch plasma TV. It's actually an iMac + iPhone which Ming recently bought.... When would it be my turn ?!

It's as good as TV, yet u can surf net... Cool... Go APPLE !!

Sick of this place

It's 3 days seems I'm back home & I'm totally not used to the place. It all seems so foreign to me that I could hardly recognise anymore.

People on streets were not friendly and had eyes over their forehead; reckless & dumb drivers roamed the roads; everywhere else could see "KAISU" people who knocked, pushed, squeezed, struggled & barged their way through the latest sale or the wide spread of buffet line....

I felt so disgraceful when I am actually one of them. Thus, nowadays I seldom reveal myself and a citizen from this country when I'm overseas (especially when I see others @ the same place with me). I just can't stand staying here anymore... Gotta find a way out.

For example, today was at XYZ shopping mall parking lot, where I spotted an empty lot. Further front was a car waiting and even futher ahead, was another car which was leaving. In simple equation, 1 empty lot for the 1st waiting car, so I naturally took the 2nd lot. BUT, the driver horned at me claiming that she was waiting for the 2nd lot and ask me to shift. Well, DUMB enough (maybe being influenced with the good attitude from other country) I shifted my car. IN THE END, the smart-alec driver spotted the 1st lot and shifted her car in whereas immediately after I shifted out another driver quickly droved her car in. So 2 lots, 2 cars, left me dumbfounded without a lot. Not blocking the way, I drove outta sight where I'll leave enough room for others to maneuver through.
After stopping my car, the 1st driver WHO PARKED HER CAR NICE AND WELL came over and said, "I wanted to say sorry...." but before she could continue, I interrupted, "It's okay, what's the point of apologising, what can you do? Shift your car out for me to park?!" With that, she walked away. Am I being mean, well I know I am, for this world will not pity you for being dumb. I had my share of dumbness, so I dun need another to spit and stomp and gloat about it.
Soon enough, I spotted another sign of a driver who took more than 5mins to park her car into a parallel lot (how I know it's 5mins, 2 songs had passed, considering each is approx 3mins).

Seeing enough, I really wish I was outta here. Outta this country where the surface seems nice while the inside is rotten. I rather go somewhere, where it's rotten on the surface while it's nice and warmth and u'll feel 人情味 everywhere u go.

Think I've grumble enough, time to continue my rotting experience on a HaLLoWeeN~NigHt~~~ wahahahaha

Back to the miserable island

It's amazing that even though both are islands, why is 1 sunny and beautiful while the other is gloomy and run-down? Is it due to geographical location? Or probably due to the government's investment in modernising the civilisation? I'll not debate on these reasons.

But the truth is that sunny & beautiful might not be all that matters, with more modern technologies, more advance traffic systems, more dustbins placed everywhere, it seems that people are not becoming more beautiful than they should. Litterbugs everywhere, Selfish people who refuse to give up seats to the elderly and needy, Lane cutters who didn't bother to signal, Ppl hogging everywhere from roads to entrances to shop counters.

On the other hand, the gloomy and run-down island is much different. Though it was not dominated by modern technologies; people seems to be cultivated in a different manner. Dustbin was not well populated, but people Don't litter just anywhere. Train & Buses are so packed and u can still see the heart-warming sight of people giving seats to the elderly (not just the one giving seat, the others gave way for e elderly to move). Vehicles are fast and furious yet u dun see accidents anywhere (they always say the drivers here are TOP, Numero UNO!!! Coz the 'lumber 2' is already dead), cars dash in and out but they never fail to signal. Sales are everywhere, but people just formed a natural queue...

So, is it the fault of modern civillisation that resulted in these UNCIVILLISED actions and manners? I'll leave that as it is....

Anyway, I'm back to this miserable little island almost the size of the entire Taipei (not typo, it's really taipei including the outskirts). It kinda hit me when the plane landed this morning, with a bump, it reminded me of all the stuffs which I dun wanna think about... So I shall not say much.

Lets recall the past 3 HAPPY days.

Well, after the lion show, was a sync swimming show which i didn't take any pics either. But 2gether with the sync swim, is a high-diving show with the following as finale.

I can tell u, HE IS CRAZY, that bloody tower is 20m high, that like 9 storeys high

And so he did a back flip, 720 deg somersault and dived head in the pool.

And I can say this guys really deserved a standing ovation for his act. Well done.

Well, rest of the R&R is filled with non-stop 买东西, 吃东西, 买东西, 吃东西, 买东西, 吃东西.... and it continues.... hahaha....

To sum it up, I can say I really missed Taiwan. So gonna make my way there again... Really soon....

PS: Anyone require a tour guide can feel free to drop me a note. Of Coz, charges are negotiable...

Oh gosh, time sure flies when u're having fun... Especially in e la~lala land of happiness... 18 days had past since I've touch down here in Taiwan. Work has all been complete and I can say it's been the most peaceful / safe work trip ever... All pre-determined objectives were met and everyone is happy. So am I.

So we had a "celebration dinner" earlier & dammm they drink like nobody business... We ended up finish tonnes of beer (cans and bottles), a bottle of Jonnie Walker Black and a Martell...

Luckily I still managed to make it back to my room.... (ahem, alone with nobody else)

Well, when work is over, playtime is near... I'll be heading towards Taipei soon ( Juz 2 days~~~ Juz 2 days) and it'll be non-stop actions of shopping, dining & partying !! woohooo.... Can't wait man...

But it would also mean that I'll be heading back to the miserable work place (S*** man)... But on e bright side, it's nearing x'Mas & I'll have all my friends to party with....

1st day back

It's been quite a while since I'm back here in Taiwan. Emotions got to me, I can say.... alot....

Reached quite early (6.30am) & it was already so bright (like 9am in sg)...

So took an 3hrs long journey to my destination where I'll begin a 1 month *work* here... Really looking forward...

Well, 1st day is always about briefing and briefing... That can't be helped. But I can really say, my mood had been exceptionally good since touch down. Maybe it's the place. So, expect more blOgs when I'm free here...
Especially when I've spent 3hrs since 10pm setting up the network to get online... hahaha (well, I'm a prO in this)....

As it was a monday nite, we ended & left quite early... (大姐 gotta go pick up her beau) But not sure for e others, I had a bad stomach aft e meal... Think is the Kopi I had... Coz while ordering, the AT waitress asked," eH, u all hor, order so much, can finish anot?" So I replied, "Excuse me, we've placed our orders. You just have to note them down. Thank you."

Does it sounds offending? I dunnno for me, but I hate it when ppl question my ABILITY to eat !!!

Well, this ability landed me in the clinic e nxt day. Gotta 2 days MC for (mild) food poisoning. But an unexpected fone call on Tues evening gave me an unexpected news and therefore an unexpected reaction.

Was TOLD-ED to go back office on wed (that's y I'm here now). Well, it's a living. You are always to DO what your superior tells u to do. Unless you're e BIG BOSS, of Coz... Derr.....

Oh well, that is life & I'll leave it as it is. I'll be gone for 3 wks (work trip) after today and will find time to blog while there...
